You have worked so hard and your blog has gotten to point where it can no longer be ignored by advertisers. You begin to get requests; the propensity to say yes is always greater than typing that rejection mail and sending it to your client.
I believe so much in long term success and one of the things Sponsored Post could do to your blog if you are not doing it the right way is to make your blog irreverent. Sooner or later, your blog becomes invisible and all those bragging traffic stats would disappear.
Should I Accept Sponsored Post?
Google has no problem with anyone accepting sponsored posts but they do not want you passing “link-juice” to advertisers. Google sees this as a cheap way of deceiving search engines into believing that a link is important and/or contain content-rich information whereas the case is the reverse.
What Google has said thus far is that; it’s okay to accept sponsored posts but you must give it a “rel=”nofollow” link attribute. This way, no link juice is passed and everyone stays happy.
However, it is best practice to indicate if money has exchanged hands before publishing any post. Naturally, the best thing is to alert your readers that the article in question is a sponsored article. You can do this, by using a “Sponsored” badge in the article and make sure it is visible.

What Kind Of Sponsored Post Can I Accept?
Basically, you should accept only posts that falls within your niche. Do not let greed and the love for money make you lose the trust of your readers. If you start pumping irreverent articles that falls outside your niche, you will need a special kind of gymnastics to stay focused.
If you blog about family and relationship, don’t suddenly start writing about Leo Messi’s shirt because you have been promised some amount of dollars. Remember, it is your readers that brought you thus far; you must never forsake them for any reason.
One would expect that you have used whatever you are writing about; it would be dishonest to trick your readers into buying something you have the least clue about. Take that as a food for thought.
Over To You
You would definitely lose many advertisers because of this, but you have to stay focused. When I rejected a $200 bill for a sponsored post, I was like, WDF!!!.. But you know, it takes a bucket of balls to get disciplined in that manner, but a bigger bucket of balls to remain focused after rejecting such offers. I really love to hear what you think.

Hahaha! what! You rejected $200! You’re a man! I’ve once received a sponsored post before with some irresistible offer as well but had to reject because it linked to a casino site.
The love for money is the beginning of all evil indeed!
