Galaxy S4 is one of the best device in the market and Samsung has just started releasing Android 4.3 for it. Though there is a wifi option in kies but wired is still better….
If you install kies, it also install the device driver’s….

The link you provided is for a massive application package – samsung Kies. I do not want to install an app, all I want is USB drivers and the ability to browse my phone with a file explorer. Why do companies try load their bloatware on my pc? Sony does this fine. is there maybe a portable version?
