Everything is getting a hi-tech touch and cheating hasn’t been left out
In all aspect of life, there have been tremendous impact by technology. From advancement in medicine to evolvement in mobile interaction as well a super charge in the gaming industry, technology has played a critical role in changing entirely how we see our world.
The impact of technology in our world is so overwhelming that it can be used to create solution and can equally cause problems but some students in China have been busying creating a new dimension with technology. They do so with the application of hi-tech methods to out-smart the education system in an attempt to get good grades without reading.
A report from China News and China Radio National exposes some of the ways these students carryout their nefarious acts in a geeky fashion.
It’s pretty old school to cheat by writing on your palm or stuffing papers in your shoes, gone are the days when these used to be the norm. In the new era, you would be completely blown away by how these young students are using their brains to create a new cheating formula.
The photo below is a hi-tech pen, equipped with a mini camera having the capacity to transmit questions to someone outside the examination hall, who will then send the answers back to the student’s right inside the hall. Now tell me that’s not geeky?
The image below is a representation of another sophisticated method of cheating. A group of Chinese students taking the National Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination earlier this year were caught wearing these cheating devices on them. The method of operation is similar to the one above.
Another student designed a pair of glasses that has the capacity to snap images of the exam questions and have it transmitted to an outsider who will find the solution and transmit the answers to the student. In the first image, you can clearly see a water bottle, but it’s not just a conventional water bottle, the owner had nicely placed a camera inside it while he had the transmitter in his wallet.
Hi-tech or geeky cheating? Whatever you call it will nicely fit into it. They can only be carried out by a brain child, so it’s really difficult to explain why they decided not to put in this kind of effort into studying or could it be because of too much spy movies?

They are not only cheating the system they are also cheating themselves, also they will be cheating people who rely on their expertise in whatever field they choose for their career.
What if they become a doctor and you who have applauded their efforts in cheating are on the table,and he has to make a decision that will make a difference whether you live or die.
That is why we have exams and tests.. to weed out the cheaters and under performers.
They are not smart they are a liability to the human race.
