Apple unveiled the hotly anticipated iPhone 6 on Tuesday, boosting impressive improvements in specifications when compared to last year’s iPhone 5S announcement. Apple is confident the power of the iPhone 6 would make tech savvy users acquire one or force existing users to upgrade early.

Design, Measurement And Weight
The iPhone 6 comes with a larger display, a 4.7-inch screen that ends Apple’s traditional 4-inch display on iPhones. iPhone 6 is longer and wider and also the slimmest iPhone to hit the market. It is just 6.9mm and weighs approximately 129g.

Apple says the iPhone 6 will come in three variant; 16 GB model, 64 GB model and 128 GB model. All of these impressive stats would be backed by 1 GB RAM.
Operating System
Apple’s iPhone 6 arrives with the highly intuitive iOS 8. iOS 8 update would be available to existing iPhone users within the next few days.

Camera
If you were expecting to see a 40.1 MP camera, the fact that Apple decided to stick with the 8 MP sensors should really make you sad. However, the camera sees some major improvements, utilizing Apple’s new Focus Pixels for faster focus. Phase Detection Autofocus technology has also been neatly implemented and that’s not all; the iPhone 6 is capable of capturing 43 MP panoramic images – a first in the mobile community.
The iPhone 6 still records in HD 1080p but it can capture slow motion at 240fps.
Battery
Apples says users can get up to 14 hours of talk time and this is made possible with the A8 chip which consumes lesser power than the A7 but being much more powerful.
Price
Not what you have expected from Apple, but the iPhone 6 appears to be cheap at launch than it was with the iPhone 5S.
For $649 you’ll get the 16GB iPhone 6, while the 64GB and 128GB models will fetch $749 and $849, respectively.
