For years, smartphone makers have evolved different components of their phones, like the camera and display but the battery users need to power these components never really evolved, except for increasing the capacity, which is a shame.
Your Gift: How I Saved 8% Of My Battery Every Hour Using This Trick
Well, a group of researchers at MIT has come to the rescue. The researchers believe they can make smartphones and warables have an un-ending life. *wink
While we walk, it’s possible to generate electrical energy. The mechanical energy generated from walking can be used to charge electronic devices.
The idea is this; two thin sheets of lithium alloys will act as electrodes, they would be separated by a layer of porous polymer that has been soaked in liquid electrolyte.
This is an efficient design for moving lithium ions between the two metal sheets while they are attached to sensors on your joints in other to absorb mechanical energy when you walk.
The MIT researchers say they are just scratching the surface, and we may have to wait for some time before the technology becomes commercially available.
Currently, 15% efficiency as been achieved with the technology but in theory 100% efficiency is achievable, MIT professor Ju Li emphatically said.

Nikola Tesla already knew this

Telsa had something more complex while this is something we should already have and unsesery since it robs energy from the human body while telsas idea was more larger in scale and used natural energy
