Soft Reset
Should the two steps above fail, you should carry out a Soft Reset. This simply mean turning off your phone and turning it back. This is really effective, because most of the time, we don’t switch off our phones for as long as two weeks. Some can use their device for one full month without turning it off.
A Soft Reset could really do a lot. I highly recommend you do that right away. If the result isn’t positive, we would then proceed to the next step.
