With everyone totally consigned about privacy recently, it has become imperative for users to search for VPN services.
Indeed, there exist a legion of VPNs in the market, but Hide My IP does stand out because of its effectiveness, intuitive graphical user interface and its price tag which sit on a sweet spot.
Hide My IP review comes after few weeks of personal use. I have to say that it only does what it has been designed to do.
Firstly, once the software is installed on your PC, you could start off almost immediately without needing complex settings that bores one.
You are greeted with a very clean and simple interface, allowing you to quickly select a location and quickly initiate a connection.
The main dialog box, has quick settings where you can easily enable IP Rotation or Clear Cookies on IP change.

There is also an option to turn on premium high-speed service. VPNs have an embarrassing issue with internet speed. Hide My IP does have the edge a little in comparison with Hide My Ass, but if you want additional speed, you would have to pay to get the service. It’s start from $7 per month. All you have to do is insert your license key and it would be automatically updated on your software.
You have options for several IP, which can be selected from the “Select Desired Location” drop down field.
The Advanced settings options take you to a new dialog box, where you can select which Browser Hide My IP will have its effect on. You other browsers not listed amongst the popular browsers, you can check the Enable Other Known Brewers box to force Hide My IP on it.
The program also has options for changing how you relate the internet with your Brower header. There are other options to Encrypt My Connection with SSL or Enable Smart IP Rotation. These settings come very handy, if you want the Program to have a deep effect.
That’s about it. You can now click the “Hide My IP” button and watch the program take control of your privacy.
Hide My IP does not log your activity. So if you download a torrent, you can’t be traced to your IP address. Currently, the program cost $8.95/monthly, $24.95/quarterly, and $84.95/annually.
