Who needs a digital camera? You might want to ask after seeing the title but that’s nothing we will debate here. Sony has officially announced the Xperia Z1; the new range of smartphone in the Xperia series. The announcement was made in Berlin.
Unlike the Xperia Z ultra, the Xperia Z1 is thicker, bigger and has more weight. It has an aluminum body and also longer than the Xperia Z. It is a full HD 5.0-inch display with 441ppi and supports the X-reality and Sony’s triluminos screen technology for crystal clarity.
The Xperia Z1 comes with Android 4.2.2 and is effectively powered by a Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.2GHz. 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage memory rocks the Xperia Z1. It comes with a better battery life, this time Sony has slammed a 30000mAh battery into the Xperia Z1.
Now, for camera lovers. Sony’s Xperia Z1 comes with a fantastic 20.7 megapixel primary camera, although not anywhere near what Nokia Lumia 1020 has to offer. It still excels because the camera is built on the Exmor RS Sensor technology and equally has F2.0 aperture and 27mm wide-angle lense.
