Sony’s latest Vaio Tablet-Laptop hybrid has 2880 x 1620 pixels resolution. It is the highest pixilated display screen to have ever been created for any gadget. Available in 13, 14, and 15-inch.
Sony was at the IFA 2013 tech show and they didn’t disappoint. They showed off the Vaio Tablet-Laptop hybrid and it was impressive.
Sony says three models of the Vaio flip Laptop are currently available and they come in 13, 14 and 15-inch. The design of this range of PC’s is incorporated with a second hinge which is located halfway down the Tablet-Laptop hybrid magnetic cover. This allows the monitor to be flipped over and against the keyboard.
The 15-inch model has an impressive 2880 x 1620 pixels resolution making it the highest pixilated display screen to have been created for any gadget. Impressive? That’s not all, you can also extend the display of the 15-iinch Flip model via an HDMI monitor to achieve3820 x 2160 resolution.
“The way people interact with personal computers is also evolving. And as we demonstrated it last year at IFA, Vaio is evolving with them. The Vaio Flip has all of the functionality of a conventional laptop PC but also the flexibility of tablet. The unique design means with just with a flip of the screen, your PC converts from a traditional clamshell into a touch responsive tablet,” – Sony’s president for consumer products, Kazuo Hirai said in his introductory speech.
Sony gave this gadget an impressive finish as well. It comes with metal finishing. The gadget would be powered by Haswell CPU bearing Core i3, i5 and i7 for each unit but the 14inch and 15inch model will utilize Nvidia GeForce GT 735 with 1 to 2 GB of graphics memory. It also comes with optional active pen stylus.

I think SONY is also trying to compete its competitors with hybrid systems . But the competition is very tough , because there are other companies who give good products at cheap price than Sony

That’s where the problem always come from. Price! Sony is known for quality and I can understand why they have higher price points.
