- Swipe down from top of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Navigate to Storage and Access
- Format Media Card if it’s new; otherwise proceed to the next step
To store data on media card for BlackBerry 10, we have to access BlackBerry World and make some changes.
- Tap BlackBerry World App
- Swipe down from the top of screen to access BlackBerry World options
- Tap General
- Turn on Save to Media Card option
