At present it allows Nigerians to conveniently purchase airtime of all mobile operators (MTN, Etisalat, Airtel, Glo, Visafone), and will gradually add payments for other services, such as Internet, NEPA payments, water bill payments and other utilities.
The company is an expert in payment solutions, combining international experience and Nigerian talents, which ensures that its products are thoroughly tested, benchmarked against international best practice, yet tailored to the needs of the African market.
TopUp Africa offers a payment processing platform that is easy to integrate with service providers. The major payment channels include Android mobile app, POS terminal run on Android OS and web-based portal.
All channels come with the following features:
- Easy instantaneous registration
- Two-step direct flexible recharge to all networks in Nigeria: any amount without a lower or an upper cap can be directly transferred to any phone number. A user can top-up for as low as N1 or as high as he/she desires.
- Instant bonus after each transaction in the form of additional airtime.
- Comprehensive monitoring and reporting: various reports are available to TopUp Africa users to keep track of their transactions, check status (successful / rejected, etc.), see turnover chart of mobile operators, and profit made from all purchases.
The platform also allows users to conveniently transfer funds from one TopUp Africa agent’s account to another, and keep track of all incoming and outgoing transfers. This feature allows users/agents to credit one another in case they run out of funds and need urgent recharge.
